This package will contribute to the smooth running and security of your Wordpress website. Maintenance BASIC Plan includes:

  • Updates to plugins, themes and CMS core
  • Weekly backups and recovery of files from backups (if needed)
  • Website and email issue troubleshooting – fixes as they relate to the website*
  • Basic text edits only**
  • 30min Technical Support
  • Note: Total of 1 hour per month for ONE website. Extra work can be ordered as Extra Support Credits
** If you require maintenance for more than one website, larger edits and/or changes please purchase the Maintenance PLUS Plan
Note: Non-Wordpress platforms often have very differing requirements. Please contact us for a tailored Maintenance Plan.
* Issues that relate to the host server, DDOS attacks or other are not covered in this plan and may require Specialty Website Maintenance

Outages may occur due to server maintenance, server overload, hardware failure, cyber attacks, releases or updates to plugins and/or themes, human error, amongst other things. Having a Maintenance Plan with Top Websites will enable you to have the site up and running as quickly as possible.
