The plugin is still monitored for issues as before. If no breaking changes or security issues are presented, it may be able to remain on the site. We frequently encounter plugins with a variety of issues; in such cases, you’ll be notified of better (and up-to-date) alternatives.

GeneratePress is a free, blindingly fast theme on which to build a website. To enhance this basic theme GP Premium & GenerateBlocks Pro provides design tools with advanced blocks, responsive style controls and advanced full site editing. These are paid-for plugins.
As a licensed developer we are permitted to install and use GP Premiem & GenerateBlocks Pro on as many projects as we want. With a Maintenance Plan we can update these plugins at no extra cost to you! If you choose to forgo or discontinue our Maintenance services, we strongly recommend you purchase your own license to stay current with security updates and upgrades.
What is Divi? Do I need a license for Divi?
Divi is a WordPress Theme by Elegant Themes. We may use Divi as a framework which we will build upon because of its features and support that give you options for customization and management of your own website after it’s initial construction.
As a licensed developer we are permitted to install and use Divi on as many projects as we want. If you choose to discontinue our services, we recommend you purchase a license to stay current with security updates and upgrades.
Will a Maintenance Plan stop hackers?
NO, DETERMINED HACKERS MAY BE ABLE TO EXPLOIT THE SITE FROM ANY NUMBER OF WEAK POINTS such as compromised emails/passwords etc, but it will certainly make it harder for them to gain control of your site. Think of the car maintenance analogy. Having car maintenance won’t stop vandals BUT having a good car alarm will discourage them! Similarly having a Maintenance Plan allows us to keep your security up to date, making your site quite a deal safer.
If the worst happen, you may need to hire security experts, such as the team at Wordfence, to clean and sanitise.

In case of a server issue, we will submit a support ticket with the hosting company whose job it is to keep the server online.

Your site will be rolled-back to the backup state taken prior to performing the update. You’ll be notified of the issue. The majority of issues are addressed free of cost, however, custom plugins, issues introduced by users, or especially time-consuming issues may be billable. We will notify you before charging anything to your account.

So that we can know exactly how to help you, we will look into your website and its back end to check for problems and conflicts. We may need to ask you for administrator credentials to login and review the website installations. If it’s not been updated for months it may require some major fixes before upgrading. If so, we will let you know before starting the Maintenance Plan.
