If my site is already broken can you fix it?
Very likely we can! We will take a look and see what’s wrong and do our best to give you an approximate estimate as to what needs to be done and how long it will take to fix it.
What if I have not updated anything for months/years?
Free Audit: We will log into your website and perform a free audit before charging you anything. We will look out for potential problems and conflicts so that they can be addressed up front. In some cases, websites may not have been updated in months and may require some major fixes before upgrading to the latest version of WordPress and applicable plugins. We will provide you a report and an estimate to get things fixed up before we sign you up for a maintenance plan.
What if a plugin is no longer supported?

The plugin is still monitored for issues as before. If no breaking changes or security issues are presented, it may be able to remain on the site. We frequently encounter plugins with a variety of issues; in such cases, you’ll be notified of better (and up-to-date) alternatives.

What is Divi?
Divi is a WordPress Theme by Elegant Themes. We use it as a framework which we will build upon because its features and support give you the best options for customization and management of your own website after it’s initial construction.
Do I need a license for Divi?
As a licensed developer we are permitted to install and use Divi on as many projects as we want. If you choose to discontinue our services, we recommend you purchase a license to stay current with security updates and upgrades.
Will a Maintenance Plan stop hackers?

NO,  DETERMINED HACKERS MAY BE ABLE TO EXPLOIT THE SITE FROM ANY NUMBER OF WEAK POINTS such as compromised emails/passwords etc, but it will certainly make it harder for them to gain control of your site. Think of the car maintenance analogy. Having car maintenance won’t stop vandals BUT having a good car alarm will discourage them! Similarly having a Maintenance Plan allows us to keep your security up to date, making your site quite a deal safer.

If the worst happen, you may need to hire security experts, such as the team at Wordfence, to clean and sanitise.

Will a Maintenance Plan stop DDoS
Interesting that you ask. DDoS is a type of web attack by hackers intent on causing the website, server or network to become unavailable for its users. Multiple compromised systems are used to crash or flood a single system with requests, which causes the attacked server to shut down. Its like a gang crowding into and blocking the doorway of your business so that your customers cannot enter! Having a Maintenance Plan won’t stop a DDoS but we can help you recover faster.
Does it mean my website will have no downtime?

Think of the car maintenance analogy again. Having car maintenance won’t stop the car from stalling or being in a accident. However, you will be able to phone the garage and call for help! Similarly, if the site is experiencing downtime we will investigate the root cause and help fix it. In some cases, its been simply a case that the Customer has overlooked renewing their domain name. In case of a server issue, we will submit a support ticket with the hosting company whose job it is to keep the server online.

How often do you run updates?
We do checks multiple times per week, and run standard updates once per week. If there is an important security updates, we will address those right away.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
No we do not. Our support hours are 9AM – 5PM EST, Monday through Saturday.
What if an update breaks my site?
Your site is immediately rolled-back to the backup state taken prior to performing the update. You’ll be notified of the issue. The majority of issues are addressed free of cost, however, custom plugins, issues introduced by users, or especially time-consuming issues may be billable. We will notify you before charging anything to your account.
Do my hours rollover to the next month?
Unfortunately not. Your maintenance & upload time must be used every month or you will forfeit your time for that month.
Do you offer any guarantees?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If at any time you feel like you haven’t received the service you signed up for, you will get your money back. This only goes back 30 days. We do not offer refunds for prior month’s services.

What is your cancellation policy?
You are in full control of your subscription, and you can cancel at any time.
What are your payment methods?
Payment can be made using any major debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments will be automatically deducted on the day of the month of first joining. PayPal is currently not accepted on our platform for subscription based services.

We may need to ask you for administrator credentials to login and review the website installations. If it’s not been updated for months it may require some major fixes before upgrading.
